With gratitude

We can’t do this alone.

Courts, treatment centers, employers, landlords, faith communities, and neighbors who believe women deserve a way home.

Who we work with

Four ways people partner with us.

  • You have a woman who needs a bed. Probation and parole, recovery courts, treatment centers, hospitals, shelters, DV advocates. Send her to the application or call us on her behalf — we’ll tell you honestly and quickly whether we have room and whether we’re the right fit. We would rather say “not us, try here” than take someone we can’t serve well.
  • You can hire. Steady, legal income is the single thing that most decides whether a woman stays housed. If you have entry-level work and you’re willing to look past a record, tell us what you need and when.
  • You have property. Recovery residences live or die on landlords who will rent to a nonprofit. We carry insurance, we pay on time, and we handle the house.
  • You want to give practically. Faith communities, civic groups, local businesses — beds, furniture, bus passes, a meal for a house, a trade skill. The current needs list is the fastest place to start.

Being straight with you

What we are, and what we aren’t.

Sobbr Life is recovery housing — a safe, structured, sober home with peer support and a daily rhythm. We are not a treatment provider, not a detox, not a licensed clinical program, and we don’t dispense or manage medication.

What that means for you: if the woman you’re referring needs clinical care, she needs it alongside us, not instead of us. We work with community partners for exactly that, and we’ll say so up front rather than take a referral we can’t hold.

We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Gifts are tax-deductible, and we’ll give you the letter.

Sobbr Life — the life you deserve

Start a conversation.

Tell us which of the four you are and what you need. A real person answers, and we won’t put you on a mailing list.

Every partnership is another light in the window for a woman who’s still finding her way home.
