Here’s how the process works

  1. Answer a few gentle questions online. They’re simple and confidential.
  2. A real person from our team will call you. Most people hear from us within one business day.
  3. We’ll talk through your situation together. No pressure, no judgment, and no wrong answers. Just an honest conversation about what you need and whether we have a bed available.
  4. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll guide you through the next steps toward a new beginning.

What we ask before you join our ladies

  • Identify as a woman, 21 or older. Women ages 18–20 are considered case by case.
  • Be at least 30 days substance-free and committed to staying that way
  • Agree to random drug and alcohol screening
  • Be ready for peer-supported, shared living
  • Contribute weekly program fees. Limited scholarships are available - ask us.

Before you start - how this is protected

What you write on this page is protected by federal privacy law. Records about addiction and recovery are held to a stricter standard than ordinary medical records.

We can’t share any of it - not with your family, an employer, a landlord or the police - unless you sign something saying we can. The law allows only a few narrow exceptions: a medical emergency, a court order, or a report we’re required by law to make.

What we do with it: the people at Sobbr Life who decide about beds read it, so we know what support you’d need before we answer. It stays in your file. If we’re not the right home for you, we don’t pass it on to anyone else.

We ask the last day you used because everyone who moves in needs at least 30 days free of alcohol and drugs, and this date tells us when to call you.

Everyone in our homes works or is looking for work. If you have a mental health or medical diagnosis, knowing about it now helps us plan around your job. Check anything that applies, or leave these blank and tell us on the phone.
